Footballer Dean Bennett Joins Mexican Foundation
Friend of Allfresch Group and former pro footballer Dean Bennett joined I7 Mexican Foundation for 2 weeks of football coaching.
The Manchester United Xalapa and Iniciativa 7 football schools celebrated the visit of the English footballer Dean Alan Bennett, who will be giving talks to the children and coaches at the Siete de Las Animas Soccer Field for fifteen days.
Dean Bennett, who has an extensive football career in teams such as Aston Villa, West Bromwich, Bromsgrove Rovers, Kidderminster Hamers, Chester City and Stourbridge- among others, accepted the invitation by the Initiative Seven Foundation to be present at this city.
Dean was received with applause and cheers in the field of Las Animas, where he observed the training and talked with the children and their coaches.
Said Sánchez, the boy, addressed emotive words of welcome to the outstanding footballer, who said he was happy to be in Mexico, and to be able to support the children in their dream of becoming professional soccer players.
He pointed out that Mexico has had a great presence in English football, with Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez, who was well liked by Manchester United fans, and called it a mistake to let him go “because he is a very valuable”.
At the end of the training, the photo was taken with the members of the two schools and thanked the invitation of the directors of Iniciativa Siete, chaired by Adriana Melchor Muñoz.
