10 ways that you can support Fairtrade Fortnight in 2022
At Coliman Allfresch, we are proud supporters of Fairtrade Fortnight.
We’ve seen, first-hand, the incredible impact that Fairtrade has on the lives of its producers.
Our Fairtrade Socio-Cultural Center, located in Tecomán, Mexico, was funded by Fairtrade premiums. This project will benefit a total of 5,200 people, as the entire community now has a fun, safe recreational space with high-quality facilities that are available for everyone to enjoy.
That’s why we supply a wide variety of Fairtrade produce within our range and, in everything that we do, we are driven by our goal of nourishing the world.

What is Fairtrade Fortnight?
Fairtrade Fortnight does what it says on the tin – it is a fortnight dedicated to showcasing the work of Fairtrade.
The fortnight-long event includes promotional campaigns, educating people and businesses about what Fairtrade products are out there, the benefits of choosing Fairtrade, and how they can do their bit to support the charity.
This year, Fairtrade Fortnight will take place from Monday 21 February to Sunday 6 March.
During the fortnight, the Fairtrade Foundation will run the 2022 online Choose the World you Want Festival; offer online resources, information packs and marketing materials; and campaign to spread the word about the work of Fairtrade.
The campaign message is simple – big businesses, families and everyone in between should do their bit to ensure that producers worldwide receive fair pay.
The Choose the World you Want Festival
Throughout Fairtrade Fortnight, the 2022 Choose the World you Want Festival will be in full swing, inviting people from across the world to join in with this celebration of all things Fairtrade.
This year’s festival will, once again, be based online. But, that doesn’t mean the events schedule will be any less packed.
The festival will include a huge range of events, including short films, live events, campaigning, cook along, interviews, and so much more.
It’s a fantastic, fun-filled way to get the whole family involved in and excited about Fairtrade.
