Why choose Brazilian Limes?
Brazilian limes have a thinner peel and fewer nitrogen fertilizers are used during the growing process, making the presence of nitrate low and the limes juicier. A least 40% of the fruit is juice.
Additionally, the climatic and environmental conditions of Brazil favour the organoleptic characteristics of Brazilian limes; making a pleasant taste.
